The remarkable progress achieved by the Kyrgyz Republic in strengthening its economy, advancing social development, and pursuing a consistent and constructive foreign policy has significantly enhanced its role in the international arena. In particular, the successful Chairmanship of the Kyrgyz Republic within the framework of the Organization of Turkic States stands as a testament to its commitment to unity and cooperation across the Turkic World.

On this auspicious day, I wish the leadership of the Kyrgyz Republic, and all the people of Kyrgyzstan good health, peace, prosperity, and continued progress.
