On December 24, 2024, the Secretary General of the Organization of Turkic States (OTS), H.E. Amb. Kubanychbek Omuraliev, met with a delegation from the Kyrgyz Republic composed of Mr. Abdyldajan Akmataliev, Director of the Chyngyz Aitmatov Institute of Language and Literature under the National Academy of Sciences of the Kyrgyz Republic, Mr. Kairat Imanaliev, former Minister of Culture, Information, and Youth Policy of the Kyrgyz Republic, Aziz Biimyrza uulu, President of the "Manas" Academy and Mr. Rysbay Isakov, People's Arstist of the Kyrgyz Republic.

The delegation presented a three-volume collection of works by the renowned Kyrgyz manaschy, Sayakbai Karalaev. 

The meeting focused on enhancing cultural cooperation and honoring the legacy of Chyngyz Aitmatov.
