I extend my sincere and heartfelt congratulations to the Government of Turkmenistan and the brotherly Turkmen people on the occasion of the 30th Anniversary of the Permanent Neutrality of Turkmenistan.

This historic milestone marks three decades of Turkmenistan’s steadfast commitment to the principles of neutrality, peaceful coexistence, and dialogue. Turkmenistan’s Permanent Neutrality has become an internationally recognized model of constructive diplomacy, contributing meaningfully to regional stability, global peace, and broad-based cooperation. Over the past thirty years, the country has consistently upheld the values of mutual respect, good-neighborliness, and international partnership, earning the admiration and appreciation of the global community.

Turkmenistan also continues to play a valuable and active role in strengthening solidarity within our Organization. Its contributions to enhancing connectivity, promoting sustainable development, and advancing economic and humanitarian initiatives enrich our cooperation agenda.

On this momentous anniversary, I once again extend my warmest congratulations to the fraternal people of Turkmenistan and wish them enduring peace, progress and wellbeing.
