Ambassador Ramil Hasanov, Secretary General of Turkic Council is attending to the 4th Global Baku Forum on 10-11 March 2016, upon the invitation of Nizami Ganjavi International Center in Baku, Azerbaijan.
The Forum started with the opening speech of H.E. Ilham Aliyev, President of the Republic of Azerbaijan and will continue for two days with the participation of many current and former heads of State and Government, diplomats, leaders from the public sector and private sector, thinkers and representatives of youth.
The sessions of the 4th Global Baku Forum with different subjects aim to provide an opportunity for everyone to discuss the ways and means to see and overcome the most challenging problems of the world faced today. The speakers of the panels will debate on problematic issues of `Global Responsibility for Syria: Towards an Action Plan` and `Ukraine and the Regional Security`, as well as on the headlines like `Caspian and the Central Asian Security and Prosperity` and finally about `Radicalization and Migration` as an outcome of above mentioned challenges and threat to global security.
During the Forum, Secretary General Hasanov will have several bilateral meetings with the high level attendees within the framework of meetings.
