The Informal Summit of the Heads of State of the Organization of Turkic States (OTS), hosted by H.E. Ilham Aliyev, President of the Republic of Azerbaijan, was held in Shusha, Azerbaijan on 6 July 2024.

The Tenth Summit of the Organization of Turkic States was held in Astana on 3 November 2023, under the motto "Turk Time".
