On behalf of the Organization of Turkic States and on my own behalf, I sincerely congratulate the brotherly people and the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic on the occasion of the Independence Day of the country.

The Kyrgyz Republic has made great progress in strengthening its statehood and security in recent years. Political developments have contributed to Kyrgyzstan's successful building of democratic institutions, enhancing stability and upholding the rule of law. In this regard, the national aspirations and hopes of the Kyrgyz people came true as the country also achieved great success in glorifying the country's prestige in the international arena.

We deeply believe that the Kyrgyz Republic will continue to take necessary steps towards a bright future and to strongly contribute to the further comprehensive deepening of the relations between Turkic States.

On this important occasion, I once again congratulate the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic and the fraternal people of Kyrgyzstan and wish them peace and prosperity!
