I extend my warmest congratulations on the Republic Day of Kazakhstan, a momentous occasion that marks a pivotal moment in the nation's history, symbolizing its journey towards sovereignty and progress.
I commend the tireless efforts of Kazakhstan in fostering regional development and building bridges between nations and international organizations. As we witness these diplomatic triumphs, it is apparent that Astana is not only set for continued prosperity of the country but is also on a trajectory to ascend to even greater heights in the international arena.  
It is also essential to acknowledge Kazakhstan's pivotal role in strengthening relations among brotherly Turkic nations and deepening their integration within the Organization of Turkic States. The upcoming 10th Jubilee Summit of the OTS, hosted by Kazakhstan in the capital city, Astana, holds immense significance in further consolidating and elevating the centuries-old fraternal ties among our countries.
On this very occasion, on behalf of the Organization of Turkic States and on my own behalf, I express our pleasure in witnessing the further development of Kazakhstan and wish the brotherly Kazakh people a bright future, peace, prosperity, and happiness.
