This year marks the 32nd anniversary of the foundation of the Republic of Kazakhstan. 

I am honored to congratulate the Government and brotherly people of the Republic of Kazakhstan on the “Republic Day of Kazakhstan.”

During the years of sovereignty, the national aspirations and hopes of the Kazakh people came true as the country achieved great success in strengthening its statehood, glorifying its prestige in the international arena, and became an active participant in global integration processes, nuclear nonproliferation and interfaith dialogue.

Throughout this period the country has preserved its dignity, freedom as well as independence and gained tremendous achievements in all vital spheres for the state and the society.

In the same vein, Kazakhstan has been pivotal in establishing and strengthening Turkic cooperation from the very beginning. I am confident that fraternal Kazakhstan will continue its modern way of development that will contribute to further enhancement of the Turkic World potential and integration process among the OTS Member States.

On behalf of the Organization of Turkic States and my own, I would like to express our pleasure to witness the further development of Kazakhstan and wish the brotherly Kazakh people a bright future, peace, prosperity, and happiness!
