You are making a considerable contribution to the development of independent Kazakhstan, the efficient functioning of the system of public administration, the formation of statehood and the national idea, the consolidation of relations with brotherly and friendly countries to a new level as well as to the strengthening of cooperation uniting all the Turkic people.
Since 1992, brotherly relations among the Turkic states sharing common roots have been rapidly intensifying in line with the critical role of Kazakhstan in the Turkic Council, which was established upon the initiative of the Founding President of Kazakhstan Nursultan Nazarbayev as a result of the 9th Summit of the Heads of Turkic Speaking States held in 2009 in Nakhchivan.
