Today marks one of the most significant days in the history of the Kazakh nation, the Independence Day of the Republic of Kazakhstan. On the occasion of the 29th anniversary of Independence, I convey my heartfelt congratulations to the leadership,government and brotherly people of Kazakhstan.
Having united around the true values of homeland peace, social harmony and human dignity, complemented by strong political will and wise policies of First President Elbasy Nursultan Nazarbayev and President Kassym Jomart-Tokayev, Kazakhstan has made great and rapid strides in its socio-economic and political development as well as enhancement of its place in the international arena.
Today, Turkic states are really proud to witness the remarkable achievements of Kazakhstan and its growing role in worldwide political podium.
At all stages of its self-determination process , Kazakhstan has always paid special attention to furthering cooperation and strengthening the integration within the Turkic World, as well as solidifying relations among the fraternal Turkic peoples and the institutional potential of the Turkic-speaking states.
Today the Turkic Council Member States reaffirm once again their strong support for the independence, sovereignty and territorial integrity of the Republic of Kazakhstan and inviolability of its internationally recognized borders as it set forth in the Nakhchivan Agreement, the founding document of the Turkic Council.
On this very occasion, we convey our sincere congratulations and heartfelt wish for strengths, development and dignity to the people of Kazakhstan as well as unity and prosperity to all Turkic peoples!
