I sincerely congratulate the Republic of Kazakhstan, the founder of the Turkic Council and one of the strongest supporters of the Organization, as well as the people of Independent Kazakhstan, on its 28th anniversary of independence!
Turkic states are proud of the remarkable achievements of Kazakhstan in the international arena, as well as its economic development and modern prosperity of the country. We are confident that these achievements, attained as the result of the constructive policies of the First President of the Republic of Kazakhstan - the Leader of the Nation Nursultan Nazarbayev, will continue to cultivate under the leadership of the new President of Kazakhstan Kassym Jomart Tokayev.
The Kazakh steppe is not only the historical motherland of the Turkic people, but also the cradle of friendship and creativity of the Turkic world. The Turkic Council, initiated by Kazakhstan, is stepping forward to the future with the aim of preserving peace, stability and prosperity in the region.
On this very day, we express our appreciation for the important role of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the strengthening of relations between the fraternal Turkic peoples and the institutional potential of the Turkic-speaking states.
Taking this opportunity, I wish the brotherly people of Kazakhstan new successes and progress, happiness and joy, as well as peace, prosperity and unity to the entire Turkic world.
