Within the context of ‘2016 OSCE Asian Conference on Strengthening Comprehensive Security’ co-organized by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Thailand and OSCE, Deputy Secretary General of the Turkic Council Dr. Ömer Kocaman participated in the field visit to ‘Sampran Model’ a successful development project, located in Nakhon Pathom Province, 45km away from Bangkok, on 7 June 2016.
The Sampran Model is a project co-organized by the government, the private sector and local farmers with the goal to develop an organic agricultural value chain, promote sustainable development, and empower the local community.
