Deputy Secretary General of the Turkic Council Gismat Gozalov participated at the 3rd meeting of the Commission on Economic, Trade and Financial Affairs of the Parliamentary Assembly of Turkic Speaking Countries (TURKPA) which was held on 11 February 2014, in Baku. The main item of the meeting’s agenda was the role of transport in economic cooperation among Turkic-speaking countries.
