The Turkic Investment Fund held its first Board of Governors meeting on May 18, 2024 in Istanbul. The event marked a significant milestone in fostering economic cooperation and investment among Turkic States.

Cevdet Yılmaz; Deputy Prime Minister of Kazakhstan, Mr. Nurlan Baibazarov, Minister of Treasury and Finance of Türkiye, Mr. Mehmet Simsek; Minister of Investment, Industry and Trade of Uzbekistan, Mr. Laziz Kudratov; and Deputy Economy Minister of Azerbaijan, Mr. Elnur Aliyev as well as Secretary General of the Organization of Turkic States, H.E. Ambassador Kubanychbek Omuraliev, the President of the Turkic Investment Fund, H.E. Ambassador Baghdad Amreyev.
