On the occasion of the 95th birthday of the founder and great leader of the Republic of Azerbaijan, Heydar Aliyev, who dedicated his whole life to work for his country and who marked the history of the world with his superior statesmanship and outstanding personalitiy, on behalf of the Turkic Council and on my own, we convey our heartfelt gratitude to the Great Leader and vail respectfully in front of his honorable memory.
