On May 28, 1918 with the "Declaration of Independence" the Republic of Azerbaijan declared its independence. On the occasion of the 98th anniversary of the Republic of Azerbaijan, on behalf of the Turkic Council Secretariat and myself, I would like to congratulate the National Day of the Republic of Azerbaijan and taking this opportunity, I wish peace, prosperity and happiness to all Turkic World.
