First of all, I wish God’s mercy on those who sacrificed their lives and reached the level of martyrdom during the terrorist attacks of this heinous coup attempt of 15 July 2016. Targeting even the Turkish Grand Assembly, it was made against the State, the constitutional order, the Government and the people. I also wish patience to the relatives and all the Turkish people and lean with respect in front of their honorable memories.
The date July 15, 2016 has already taken its place in history as the day when the Turkish people put forward their national will and protected their homeland, democracy, their rights and freedoms where they literally wrote a heroic epic. Turkish people gave the most deterrent and resolute response against such brutal coup d`état and terrorist attacks with their solid stance at that night.
I strongly hope that these and similar events will never be repeated in our region and all over the world. I also would like to underline that the Turkic world will continue to stand shoulder to shoulder with the people and the state of the Republic of Turkey, which has always been the backbone of the cooperation among the Turkic Speaking States.
