I wholeheartedly congratulate His Excellency Nursultan Nazarbayev and all people of Kazakhstan on the occasion of the Day of the Founding President of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
Kazakhstan`s current position under the decisive leadership of His Excellency Nursultan Nazarbayev is a valuable example and a source of pride for all Turkic States.
It is at this time that the economic crisis in parallel with political confusion and threats, the whole world is witnessing the state power of Kazakhstan thanks to the achievements that the country has shown nationwide and internationally. The fact that the achievements I have summarized coincides with the 25th anniversary of the independence of Kazakhstan has a special historical significance.
On this special day, on behalf of the Secretariat of the Turkic Council and on my own, I would like to wish health and happiness to His Excellency Nursultan Nazarbayev, peace and prosperity to the people of Kazakhstan and the entire Turkic World.
