On behalf of the Turkic Council Secretariat and on my own behalf, I condemn and denounce the terrorist attack happened in western Kazakhstan in the city of Aktobe resulted in the death and injury of many innocent people.
We wish God`s mercy on those civilians and martyrs who lost their lives, convey our condolences to their families and brotherly people of Kazakhstan and wish a speedy recovery to the wounded.
