On behalf of the Turkic Council Secretariat and on my own, I convey my condolences to the relatives of the martyrs who lost their lives on 13 March 2016 during the heinous terrorist act in Ankara ,the capital of the Republic of Turkey, and to all victims of terrorism who passed away at terrorist acts. I wish speedy recovery to the wounded and patience to the families of the victims.
I condemn terrorism and I would like to confidently state that those who are the greatest enemies of the mankind will never be able to reach their aims.
