On behalf of the Turkic Council and on my own behalf, I would like to convey our heartfelt congratulations on the occasion of the 27th anniversary of the Uzbek Constitution and convey our best wishes for the continued success, happiness and prosperity of brotherly Uzbekistan and its people.

We are happy to witness that over the past few years, the relations between the Turkic Council and Uzbekistan, which are based on the constructive cooperation rooting from centuries-old historical ties, continue to expand in a way to strengthening mutual interests and cementing further multilateral and regional cooperation. 

We are confident that the relations will reach to even higher levels in the near future.
