On behalf of the Turkic Council and on my own behalf, I have the pleasure to extend our warm greetings and felicitations to the Kyrgyz Republic, the founding   member of Turkic Council and its brotherly nation on the occasion of its Independence Day. 
Today, Kyrgyzstan is a democratic, self-governing state that seeks to take its rightful place in the international arena.  We are proud that the Kyrgyz people have attained its independence that was a priceless asset of our Turkic World.
We believe that Kyrgyzstan will continue its path towards achieving all its        goals and successfully implement all the programs of the economic and social development of the country. 
The Kyrgyz Republic has always strongly supported the close ties of the Turkic Speaking nations and cooperation based on shared values and mutual understanding, serving for the benefit and development of our region that is institutionalized under the umbrella of the Turkic Council.
We are confident that the relations between Kyrgyzstan and the Turkic-speaking countries will be developed to be aimed at strengthening fraternal friendship and brotherhood relations and developing mutually and multilaterally beneficial cooperation.  
I take this opportunity to convey my most sincere congratulations to the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic and my good wishes for the continued progress and prosperity of the brotherly people of Kyrgyzstan.
