Khojaly Genocide, which is one of the darkest nights witnessed by the mankind, and where defenseless civilians, were massacred in a comprehensive manner, has unfortunately taken its place in history, as one of the most painful and bloody events not only of the Republic of Azerbaijan but also of the world.
We always feel the pain of this human tragedy that took place on 26 February 1992 in Khojaly. We commemorate with deep respect and mercy all the martyrs who lost their lives during this accursed genocide and wish that peace and stability will prevail all over the world thus similar painful events will never happen again.
