Minister of Foreign Affairs of Turkey H. E. Mevlüt Çavuşoğlu welcomed the participants of the Turkic Council Junior Diplomats 5th Joint Training program at Diplomacy Academy of Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Turkey on 25 June 2018.
Minister Çavuşoğlu gave brief information to the diplomats on the Turkish foreign policy and responded their questions. He specifically touched upon the importance of the Turkic Council and its role on promoting the coordination and fostering cooperation among Member States as well as other Turkic States.
Foreign Minister also expressed satisfaction with the participation of Uzbek diplomats to the program for the very first time and reiterated Turkey’s wish to see Uzbek flag in Istanbul at the headquarters of the Turkic Council.
