Mr. Mustafa Başkurt, Chairman of the International Local Governments Cooperation Association visited Turkic Council Secretary General Ambassador Ramil Hasanov on 29 April 2015 in his office. Parties discussed possible ways of cooperation between the two organizations during the meeting.
