Secretary General of the Organization of Turkic States H.E. Ambassador Kubanychbek Omuraliev and Minister of Digital Development and Transport of the Republic of Azerbaijan H.E. Rashad Nabiyev exchanged views on fostering transport cooperation on the sidelines of the 7th meeting of Ministers in charge of Transport of the OTS held on 16 November 2023 in Zangilan, Azerbaijan.

The Secretary General and the Minister shared their insights on ways to strengthen regional transport connectivity with a focus on improving infrastructure and digital development in the transport sector among the OTS Member States.
