On 17 September 2025, the Secretary General of the Organization of Turkic States (OTS), H.E. Ambassador Kubanychbek Omuraliev met with the Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers - Head of the Administration of the President of the Kyrgyz Republic, H.E. Adylbek Kasymaliev.

During the meeting, the parties discussed the agenda of the forthcoming Meeting of the Heads of Government/Vice-President of the OTS Member States, scheduled to take place on 18 September 2025 in Bishkek. They also exchanged views on the events and initiatives being carried out in the Kyrgyz Republic within the framework of its Chairmanship in the OTS, as well as the upcoming 12th Summit of the OTS to be held on 7 October 2025 in Gabala, Azerbaijan.
