Turkic Council Project Director Mehmet Şefik Yurtçiçek participated in the closing session of the 27th meeting of the ECO Regional Planning Council (RPC) on 8 December 2016 in Tehran.
During the session, the collective report of the four-day negotiations on the past and future activities of the ECO affiliated and related organizations and the committees was adopted.
