During the Meeting Project Director Damirli addressed the audience on behalf of Turkic Council as an observer to ECO. In his statement he briefed the participants on the projects implemented by the Turkic Council. Touching upon relations with ECO Project Director emphasized on the importance of sharing information about the projects which will be beneficial to both organizations.
Following the opening ceremony of the meeting a family photo was taken.
