Secretary General of the Turkic Council Ambassador Ramil Hasanov had bilateral meetings with Erlan Idrissov, Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Erlan Abdildaev, Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Kyrgyz Republic, Permanent Representative of the Republic of Kazakhstan to the OSCE Ambassador Kairat Sarybai, Permanent Representative of Kyrgyz Republic to the OSCE Ambassador Ermek Ibraimov and Executive Director of CICA Ambassador Gong Jianwei on the margins of the 22nd OSCE Ministerial Council Meeting on 3 December 2015 in Belgrade at Kombank Arena where he is invited as a special guest of the OSCE Serbian Chairmanship. Project Directors of Turkic Council Mrs. Pelin Musabay Baki and Mr. Yedil Myrzakhanov were present at the meetings.

On the other hand, at his address to the 22nd OSCE Ministerial meeting, Erlan Idrisov, Foreign Minister of the Republic of Kazakhstan, in his capacity as the Chairperson-in-Office of the Turkic Council thanked the OSCE Serbian Chairmanship for inviting the Turkic Council to the abovementioned Ministerial Council meeting and expressed his support for development of relations between the Turkic Council and the OSCE.
