On 23 November 2015 within the framework of the official visit of the Secretary General of the Turkic Council to Jakarta Ambassador Ramil Hasanov met with Ambassador of the Republic of Azerbaijan to the Republic of Indonesia Tamerlan Qarayev.
At the meeting Secretary General Hasanov informed Ambassador about activities of the Turkic Council and ongoing projects.
Ambassador Qarayev supported all the initiatives launched by the Turkic Council as well as idea to hold joint presentation in Jakarta of the Modern Silk Road Joint Tour Package. Ambassador Qarayev supported the establishment of relations with ASEAN and expressed his desire to assist Turkic Council in developing this ties.
Project Director Farid Damirli also attended the meeting in which information materials and presents were conveyed by the Secretary General Hasanov to the Ambassador Qarayev.
