Secretary General of the Turkic Council Ambassador Ramil Hasanov received Regional Director of TRT Marmara Assoc. Dr. Abdülhamit Avşar at his premises on 2 March 2017.
Secretary General Hasanov and TRT Regional Director Avşar exchanged ideas on the steps to be taken in order to facilitate the ongoing cooperation between the two organizations. In particular, they made evaluations regarding the Turkic Council Joint Education Television Channel and International Turkic News Channel.
Regional Director Avşar also stated that they are ready to give any kind of support as TRT to increase the visibility of Turkic Council and they would be pleased to participate in all activities of the Council.
Secretary General Hasanov expressed his gratitude to TRT delegation for their visit.
During the meeting, Deputy Secretary General of the Turkic Council Dr. Ömer Kocaman and Head of TRT Advertising Design Promotion Office Nuh Mehmet Deniz were present at the meeting.
