The Panel, moderated by the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Kazakhstan, HE Kairat Abdrakhmanov, was attended by the Secretary General of the OSCE as well as the Ministers and Deputy Ministers of various countries.
Panelists draw attention to the rising energy demand in a world economy which is expected to be doubled in the course of next 25 years as well as to the pressing need to transform traditional energy sector to green energy. They elaborated on the main risks and threats to the stability of the energy supply security of the energy importing countries and point to the need to more international integration to address current problems.
Secretary General Hasanov held a bilateral talk with the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Kazakhstan HE Kairat Abdrakhmanov on the margins of the Panel.
Secretary General Hasanov was accompanied by the Project Director of the Turkic Council Ali Çiviler, Chief of Protocol Emre Yurdakul and Deputy Director of Financial and Administrative Affairs Araz Salmanov.
