Secretary General of Turkic Council Baghdad Amreyev met with Rifat Hisarcıklıoğlu, President of the Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Turkey (TOBB) on 25th July 2019 at the TOBB Twin Towers in Ankara.
Secretary General B.Amreyev and President of TOBB R.Hisarcıklıoğlu exchanged views and discussed agenda items of the upcoming opening ceremony of the Secretariat of newly established Joint Turkic Chamber of Commerce and Industry (TCCI) and First General Assembly of TCCI that will take place on 31 July 2019 in Istanbul. They also made in-depth discussions on further activities of the TCCI, particularly the holding of the Turkic Business Forums in Tashkent and Baku as well as joint participation in Caspian Economic Forum in Turkmenistan in the second half of 2019.
The parties also discussed other planned joint activities such as training program to be organized for the representatives of Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Member States on 29 July 2019 at the TOBB Plaza in Istanbul.
The TOBB President expressed his gratitude to the Secretary General for his great efforts for strengthening ties among Turkic nations, particularly between national chambers of commerce and industry of member countries. B.Amreyev thanked President R.Hisarcıklıoğlu for his permanent support and assistance to the activities of Turkic Chamber of Commerce and Industry (TCCI) in the benefit of brotherly nations.
Secretary General was accompanied by the Project Director Mr. Farrukh Jumayev.
