The 3rd Meeting of the Heads of Agencies responsible for the development of Human Resources of the OTS Member States was held on 21 June 2024 in Astana, Kazakhstan. 

The Meeting hosted and moderated by the Chairman of the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan for Civil Service Affairs, included keynote speeches by the heads of delegations and Secretary General of the Organization of Turkic States. 

During the meeting, the Parties held discussions regarding the cooperation in the field of human resources, as well as noted the importance of the digitalization of processes in the relevant sphere among the OTS Member States.

Furthermore, the participants emphasized the need for continuous professional development and training programs to enhance the skills and competencies of civil servants across the OTS Member States.
