The delegation of the OTS Secretariat attended the Opening Ceremony of the 3rd Human Resources Forum under the theme “Talent based development” held on 17 February 2025 in Istanbul, at the initiative of the Presidency of the Republic of Türkiye Human Resources Office.

As part of the event, the OTS delegation also participated at the workshop on “Talent-Based Development: Strategies, Tools, and Practices.”

During the workshop, participants engaged in in-depth discussions on key agenda topics, exploring effective strategies, tools, and best practices for advancing human resources management.

They also exchanged views on fostering talent-driven growth and enhancing collaboration among institutions to optimize human capital development.
