The Deputy Secretary General of the Turkic Council Abzal Saparbekuly participated in the 12th Silkway Golden Man of the Year award ceremony organized by the Center for Strategic Studies Silkroad and International Journal Silkroad on 16 October 2015 in Istanbul.
The Deputy Secretary General who received Silkroad Golden Man of the Year Award and the Order of Merit on behalf of the Secretary General of the Turkic Council Ambassador Ramil Hasanov for his successful studies for the Turkic World expressed his appreciation with the event and stated the Secretariat will always be at the service of the Turkic World with its concrete and planned projects.
