The Deputy Secretary General of the Turkic Council Dr. Ömer Kocaman attended the reception on the occasion of the Independence Day of the Republic of Kazakhstan hosted by the Embassy of the Republic of Kazakhstan in Ankara on 3 December 2015.
Members of the state protocol, representatives from diplomatic mission, military and civil senior officials, as well as a number of foreign guests took part in the reception.
