On behalf of the Turkic Council and on my own, I have the honor to extend my sincere congratulations to H.E. Nursultan Nazarbayev, the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan on the occasion of his Birthday.

Today, in the atmosphere of instability and insecurity prevailing in the world, under the able leadership and guidance of Nursultan Nazarbayev, the Republic of Kazakhstan became an example for its commitment to stability and peace throughout the region.

The personal contributions and tireless support of our Aksakal to the further development of relations among the Turkic states and his action-oriented and forward-looking political will are going to be a permanent source of inspiration for the future Turkic generations.

Taking this opportunity, I would like to wish health and happiness to President Nursultan Nazarbayev and also wish peace and prosperity to the people of Kazakhstan and the Turkic World.
