Ambassador Şevki Mütevellioğlu, who has been serving as the Director General of Protocol of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Turkey since 2015 and appointed as the Ambassador of the Republic of Turkey to Caracas, Venezuela, made a farewell visit to the Turkic Council Secretary General Ambassador Ramil Hasanov on 11 December 2017.
During the meeting where a general evaluation of the projects and activities of the Turkic Council was made, information and ideas were exchanged about the activities to be organized in 2018 and the joint initiatives that could be realized to promote the Turkic Council in Latin America.
Ambassador Mütevellioğlu stated that he closely follows the work carried out by the Turkic Council and expressed his readiness to support its activities in the future.
Secretary General Hasanov was accompanied by the Project Director Özge Pan during the meeting.
