The Secretary General of the Organization of Turkic States H.E. Ambassador Kubanychbek Omuraliev met with the Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Azerbaijan H.E. Samir Sharifov at the premises of the OTS Secretariat in Istanbul on 4 October 2023 on the sidelines of Multilateral Political Consultations within the framework of the OTS.
