The Organization of Turkic States’ Workshop on Human Resources was convened on 18 February 2025 in Istanbul, at the initiative of the Presidency of the Republic of Türkiye Human Resources Office.

During the workshop, participants exchanged best practices in human resources management, and capacity-building initiatives. The discussions focused on improving institutional frameworks, further strengthen cooperation among the OTS countries and fostering innovative approaches to talent development.

In the course of the meeting, the Uzbek side extended an invitation to all participants to attend the United Nations Public Service Forum, to be held on 23-25 June 2025 in Samarkand.

Additionally, the Kyrgyz side invited the parties to take part in the 4th Meeting of the Heads of Agencies responsible for Human Resources Development of the OTS, to be held in July 2025. 

At the end of the meeting, the parties expressed their commitment to further develop collaboration in human resources.
