H.E. Ambassador Kubanychbek Omuraliev, the Secretary General of the Organization of Turkic States (OTS) participated and delivered a speech at the 4th Manas Forum under the theme of «Strengthening Connections and Cooperation in Eurasia» on 16 October 2024 at the Ibn Haldun University in Istanbul.
During his speech, the Secretary General informed on the directions of the activities of the OTS in the field of Education, as well as underlined the initiatives and projects organized in cooperation with the University, aimed at developing and strengthening the Turkic unity.
Moreover, within the framework of the event, H.E. Ambassador Kubanychbek Omuraliev, Secretary General of the Organization of Turkic States met with H.E. Prof. Dr. Atilla Arkan, Rector of the Ibn Haldun University, H.E. Prof. Dr. Alparslan Ceylan, Rector of the Kyrgyz-Turkish Manas University, H.E. Prof. Dr. Musa Kazım Arıcan, Rector of the Ankara Social Sciences University, as well as H.E. Ibrahim Çapak, Chair of the Board of Trustees of the Kyrgyz-Turkish Manas University. During the meeting the Parties exchanged views regarding the cooperation in the field of education among the Turkic states.
