The Turkic Business Forum organized in Istanbul 
The Turkic Business Forum was jointly organized by Turkic Council, Turkic Chamber of Commerce and Industry (TCCI) and Turkish Union of Chambers of Commerce and Commodity Exchanges (TOBB) on 10 November 2021 in Istanbul in the run-up to the 8th Summit of the Turkic Council.
The Forum attended by Secretary General of the Turkic Council, H.E. Baghdad Amreyev, President of the Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Turkey (TOBB) and President of the Turkic Chamber of Commerce and Industry (TCCI), Mr. Rifat Hisarcıklıoğlu, President of the National Confederation of Entrepreneurs (Employers) Organization of the Republic of Azerbaijan (ASK), Mr. Mammad Musayev, Chairman of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Republic of Uzbekistan Mr. Adham Ikramov, Vice-Chairman of the Board of Chamber of International Commerce of Kazakhstan, Mr. Nariman Abilshaikov , First Senior Vice-President of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Kyrgyz Republic, Mr. Roman Kasymov and CEO of Hungarian Export Promotion Agency, Dr. Kristof Szabo as well as 300 business representatives from the Member and Observer States.
Opening the Forum, the President of the Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Turkey (TOBB) and President of the Turkic Chamber of Commerce and Industry (TCCI), Mr. Rifat Hisarcıklıoğlu reffered the speech of the founding president of Kazakhstan, H.E. Nursultan Nazarbayev from November 17, 2006, who inspired the creation of the Turkish Chamber of Commerce and Industry by saying: “Its our duty to systematize close cooperation between businessmen of our countries”.
R.Hisarcıklıoglu briefed the partcipants about the recent activities of the TCCI  , particlularly the major business forums organized in Member and Observer States and active support of theTurkic buisness communities to Azerbaijani in their just struggle.
President of TOBB and TCCI called for trade liberalization between Turkic States through concluding preferential trade agreements, mentioning the successful experience between Turkey and Azerbaijan. He also expressed the necessity of estbalishing arbitration institution that will meet international standarts and contribute to attracting investments, need for elimination of transport and transit quotas among the Member countries.  
Turkic Council Secretary General Baghdad Amreyev, in his speech, extended its appreciation to all TCCI Members for the organization of Turkic Business Forums in Baku, Hungary and currently in Istanbul aimed to strengthening B2B relations among Turkic States. 
He also emphasized that establsihment of the Turkic Investment Fund will contirbute to boosting trade and investments, as well as play essential role in development of private sectors in the Member States. B.Amreyev stressed that the "Forum of Young Entrepreneurs – IDEA" that was succesully organized this year in Tashkent will serve as strong bridge for cooperation and networking for young entrepreneurs from Turkic region, as well as informed about financial assistance mechanism of the government of Uzbekistan to start-up projects.
Secretary General underlined that European Office of Turkic Council opened in Budapest bring economic ties to a higher degree, including creation of a financial background that would help developing projects through allocation of financial resources provided by Hungarian EXIM Bank.
B.Amreyev expressed that Turkic Council and TCCI will continue to explore more opportunities to unleash the potentials for cooperation in trade and investment areas where our countries have strength and advantages, as well as to provide the necessary support to business communities and SMEs. He called the relevant stakeholders to promote trade, strengthen economic ties and increase investment with concrete and productive initiatives and projects. 
The Heads of the business communities of the Member and Observer States congratulated Azerbaijan with the Victory day and restoration of its territorial intergrity. They unanimously pointed out their willingnes and readiness to support Azerbaijan in the restoration and recontrcution of the liberated Karabakh region of Azerbaijan. Highliting eocnomic, trade, investment and logistic potential of the Turkci region they called the TCCI continue developing business relations among the Member States through developing new cooperation and trade promotion mechanisms, conducting various programs and projects.
Following the official part, sectoral B2B meetings were organized in the areas of construction, agriculture and food, textile, renewable energy, light industry, tourism, mining and etc.
