Turkic Council International Election Observation Mission, headed by the Turkic Council Secretary General Ambassador Ramil Hasanov, follows the voting process, which started at 08:00, of the presidential elections of the Kyrgyz Republic on 15 October 2017 in two teams in the capital city of Bishkek and Osh.
Secretary General Hasanov and his accompanying delegation are observing in two groups in Bishkek the Kyrgyz presidential elections, which is followed by many other international organizations.
Delegation of Bishkek observed election in all four districts of the Bishkek city in 24 polling stations in two groups comprising 9 headed by the Secretary General of the Turkic Council Ambassador Ramil Hasanov.
The active participation of the citizens in the voting, the good performances of the precinct election commissions, and free access for observers to all procedures can be singled out as the major findings of our observation mission.
Following the voting, which will end at 20.00, the Turkic Council International Election Observation Mission will follow and witness the ballot counts in different polls.
Turkic Council international observation mission comprises officials of the Secretariat and representatives from each Member State other than Kyrgyzstan, namely, Azerbaijan, Kazakhstan, and Turkey which is in total 16 people.
