Turkic Council Project Directors Zamin Aliyev and Mehmet Şefik Yurtçiçek participated in the Panels organized by the Institute of Turkic Studies of Marmara University on the occasion of the 24th anniversary of Khocaly Massacre on February 24, 2016 at Marmara University premises.
In the panel discussions, various aspects of the Nagorno-Karabagh Conflict were analyzed by Azerbaijani and Turkish academicians and researchers.
