Turkic Council Secretary General Halil Akıncı will address the OSCE Permanent Council to be held on 19 December 2013 in Vienna, upon the invitation of the OSCE Ukrainian Chairmanship. Secretary General Akıncı who will be addressing the said Permanent Council for the third time since the establishment of the Turkic Council, will have bilateral meetings with OSCE Secretary General Lamberto Zannier, OSCE Permanent Council Chairperson Ambassador Igor Prokopchuk and Permanent Representatives of Turkic Council Member States to the OSCE within the scope of this visit. 

The aim of the visit is to deepen the relations between the Turkic Council and the OSCE, two organizations that share common values vis-à-vis Eurasian region.
