Turkic Council was invited to the Road Show “Travel the Silk Road and Visit Astana EXPO 2017” organized by organizing committee of “Astana EXPO 2017” on 5 April 2017 in Istanbul.
International and local tour operators based in Istanbul, the representative of Air Astana, media representatives and other guests were present in the event.
Project Director of the Turkic Council Pelin Musabay Baki made a presentation of the Turkic Council’s project in the tourism sector, namely “Modern Silk Road Joint Tour Package”, developed by the Member States of the Turkic Council.
The participants were informed about the details of the Joint Tour Package, which will be launched during the 4th Meeting of the Ministers in charge of Tourism of the Turkic Council to be held in June 2017 in Astana in the framework of Astana EXPO 2017.
After the official part of the event, B2B meetings were held with the participation of the tour operators and other participants of the Road Show.
Project Directors of Turkic Council Yedil Myrzakhanov and Farid Damirli also attended the event.
