In line with the minutes of the 3rd meeting of the Ministers in charge of Health of the Organization of Turkic States held on 16 Augusut 2023 in Samarkand, the “Turkic World Emergency Medical Rescue Team” training was organized on 2-6 October 2023 at the Disaster and Simulation Training Center in Izmir-Urla, the Republic of Turkiye.
During the training program the experts from the National Medical Rescue Team (UMKE), the Ministry of Health of Turkiye shared their best skills in the field of medical rescuing under the conditions of emergency and disaster with the medical rescue teams from the OTS Member States and Observers.
