On 11 June 2025, Dr. Ömer Kocaman, Deputy Secretary General of the OTS, participated in the Expert Group Meeting held in Baku, ahead of the 2nd Ministerial Meeting on Family and Social Policies. The meeting focused on finalizing the agenda of the Ministerial Meeting scheduled for 12 June, and reviewing the draft Joint Communiqué to be signed by the Ministers.
